The Code would have been dressed in a grey jumpsuit, mask worn tight around his face and his hooded cape draping to the ground. He would be hiding in the shadows as his mind continued to think of his ideas, or more so his desire. A light sigh would come from his mouth as he climbed his way to the roof using whatever method he found most successful. He sat perched on the roof waiting, for the one he needed to help him, and find more that would be willing to help as well.
Bryton Yorkshire walked out of the school, almost immediately picking up on something foreign above him. Head shot up, and mind outstretched to connect with the others. If you mean harm, stand down. I will not allow you to mess with these kids. He commanded. He stepped back and waited for the person to reveal himself.
The Code could only smile, oh how i saw that coming. He said in his head if Bryton was still listening in. He dropped from the roof as his cape eased him down as he landed in a crouching position. "I'm not looking to harm anyone." he said in a stern voice to hide his identity if someone could recognize his voice. "I’m actually doing the opposite." he folded his arms together across his chest. "I’m actually looking for you.." he paused again. "If I’m correct your name is Bryton, the Telepathic, and Cyberkinesis mutant?" he said waiting for a response.
Bryton Yorkshire stood back, eyes furrowing. "You're correct. How did you get in here?" he asked. The security was tight, though not as tight as it would be in a month or so. Bryton would make sure of that. "If you're looking to prove yourself against me, as so many have tried, don't. You'll lose. They all do," he said, not proudly, but matter-of-factly.
The Code smiled for s moment even though it might have been hidden in the shadows. "I don’t need to prove anything," he smiled. "My mind is stronger then most." he shook his head for a moment, "I’m going to get straight to the point." he said before lowering his hood off of his head only to show a nice detailed mask. "I’m looking to start a team, a team that prevents bad things from happening. I’ve seen too much crime over the last years and I need help from you to start this organization." he said slowly. "My goals are not different from many; I want to protect not only mutants but humans as well. And I think the team would greatly benefit with your help." he said before looking back at the guy.
Bryton Yorkshire backed off for a second, letting him talk, though a thought occurred to him: I have the curse of getting to the strongest minds. He nodded, and shrugged. "Fine. I can't offer vigilante services, but I can provide my support with specialized equipment and Intel on important things. I hope that is enough," he said. He reached his hand out. Someone came out of the door, but they walked right by the two of them, not even noticing, thanks to Bryton. "I assume you want to keep this whole thing a secret?"
The Code nodded and smiled; "Yes that would be more than helpful." he looked at the person as they walked by. He figured that Bryton was using his powers to hide them from others. "Yes. The more secret we are the safer we are and our families." he paused for a moment, "I’m sure it is no problem but i need to find more members if you could do some searching and get back to me about some people we may be able to get this going a lot quicker. I have founds to provide a hideout but i may need you to build or create some type of device that would allow us and the other members to keep in close contact." he would say before placing his hood back over his head.
Bryton Yorkshirenodded. "Done," he said. Then he turned and started walking away. "Until then, I'll keep tabs on you telepathically," he said. "Don't worry how far you go. It's no matter," he muttered, not at all happy about it. Bryton obviously hated how his powers had grown.
The Code nodded for a moment as the man began to walk away. He smiled again and turned to walk the other and soon dropped a smoke ball and disappeared. He would soon appear on the roof due to his illusion tactics he would make his way back to where he was staying.
